The order is collected in 15-20 minutes, the rest of the time is spent on delivery. Couriers on bikes and scooters deliver orders from the same pickup point.
Why is a delivery somewhere 30 minutes and somewhere 60 minutes?
All deliveries are collected at the same point in the city, so the delivery time depends on remoteness. We are constantly working to reduce the delivery time and in the near future we want to reduce this period to 30 minutes.
How is the freshness of products guaranteed?
Twice a day our employees check the shelf life and appearance of fruits and vegetables. We keep the temperature at 2-4 ° C in the refrigerators and -18 ° C in the freezers.
How much does shipping cost?
It may be free or chargeable. It all depends on the city and the amount of the basket: the bigger the order, the cheaper the delivery.
